Director
Daniel Sawka is a director and screenwriter born and raised in Sweden who earned his MFA in Film Directing at the AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles. His debut film Icebox is distributed by HBO and produced by Gracie Films. The film was nominated for a Critics Choice Award by the Film Journalists’ Guild of America and won several awards. Since moving back to Sweden, he has worked on several TV series in the Nordics.
