Maria is devastated when her husband is accused of rape, but she is determined to defend his innocence. After an unexpected confrontation, Maria flees to England to seek refuge in the moors and its small community. CAROLINE INGVARSSON is an award-winning director from Malmö with a Diploma from Sydney Film School, Australia. She was selected as one of six female directors for Pure Fiction 2015, as well as Berlinale Talents 2016. Beneath the Spaceship (2015) was awarded the After Bergman Script Award, premiered at Toronto International Film Festival, and had its European premiere at BFI London Film Festival. We Were Three premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2018. Unmoored is her feature debut.
